Welcome to Remote Practicum!

For five years, I-Think has hosted its Practicum program in person at the Rotman School of Management. We have learned a lot about how to support educators in making Integrative Thinking their own and about the many remarkable ways that Integrative Thinking can come to life in your practice. It’s time for us to make this program available to even more people. In our first ever Remote Practicum, we are growing together to deepen student experience with metacognition and creative problem-solving.

To kick-off the program, we want to get to know each other. Please record a 1-2 minute video introducing yourself. In addition to your name, where you work, and what you teach, you can include:

  • Your work with Integrative Thinking until now

  • What you find most compelling about Integrative Thinking

  • Questions you’re currently exploring in your practice

  • The most significant change you’ve seen in your practice and in your students

Please post your video on our Microsoft Teams Platform (see below) by April 14th. Then, comment on at least 2 videos with something you found thought-provoking about the video.

About Microsoft Teams: You should have received an email from Microsoft Teams inviting you to our community. If you have not, please reach out to Mariette Martineau at MMartineau@kcdsb.on.ca. Watch this video about the platform.
