Stephanie Hodnett is Executive Director, Executive Programs at the Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto. Before joining Rotman, Stephanie served as Vice President, Content Development and Learning Services for Zoologic Learning Solutions, SS&C Technologies, in New York. She oversaw the development of programs designed for professionals across the corporate, higher education and institutional markets.  

Stephanie has deep experience working with both corporate and academic customers, with both in-class and eLearning modalities. She led the development of the online and mLearning (mobile) market solutions within the company. In that capacity, she worked with senior faculty members from Columbia, Kellogg and New York University in the development of online and blended courses and modules. As a senior executive with operational responsibilities, she has extensive experience with management of HR, financial budgets and processes, pedagogical strategy and implementation, and resource management. 

Stephanie is Canadian with a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and a Master of Science in Communications from Boston University. She has three school aged children in the Toronto District School Board.
