In partnership with I-Think, the Toronto District School Board is offering a series of Integrative Thinking workshops. This journey builds leadership capability through connections between job-embedded learning, community building and guided reflection. The focus of this introductory program is to apply Integrative Thinking to your leadership role by building your capacity with tools for listening to and leveraging opposing models. With a lens of equity, this workshop will build on our understanding by exploring our biases and implicit assumptions that can influence our decision making.
